Draft assessment criteria developed by the Tasmanian Planning Commission (TPC) in accordance with the integrated assessment process under the  Major Infrastructure Development Approvals Act (1999) (MIDAA) for the North West Transmission Developments is now on public exhibition and available for comment. 

The exhibition period is from Saturday 5 December 2020 until Monday 4 January 2021.

Details on how to make a submission regarding the draft assessment criteria are available on the TPC website.

Once the exhibition period is finished, the TPC will consider the submissions and finalise the assessment criteria. The finalised assessment criteria will be publicly available.
