Public exhibition for Marinus Link’s Combined Commonwealth Environmental Impact Statement and Victorian Environment Effects Statement (EIS/EES) is planned to close at the end of this week.

Submissions on Marinus Link’s EIS/EES and draft Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) are planned to close at 11:59pm on Friday 12 July 2024. Submissions can be made in writing through the Engage Victoria website – https://engage.vic.gov.au/MarinusLink-IAC.

The next step in our environmental assessment process for Victorian matters is a Directions Hearing, held on Tuesday 6 August 2024, to consider the arrangements and timetable for a public hearing regarding the Victorian EES and draft PSA.

The hearing will be facilitated by an independent Inquiry and Advisory Committee, appointed by the Victorian Minister for Planning.
