Supplement to the EIS
From 4 January – 18 February 2025, the Heybridge Shore Crossing EIS was on public exhibition for 42 days so that the public could view the documents and make written submissions.
Following the exhibition of the Heybridge Shore Crossing EIS, a supplement to the EIS was prepared to address additional requirements from the Board of the EPA and public representations.
The Supplement to the Heybridge Shore Crossing EIS was accepted by the Board of the EPA on 14 August 2025. The EPA Board is currently assessing the proposal in accordance with their statutory approval timeframes.
